Contract Description

As a pioneering and rapidly growing global technology firm, Know-it (Global) is currently launching in the UK. We need to establish ourselves as a global leader in credit management SaaS platform technology. We have planned launch dates for Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the USA set within the next 2 years.

To help with customer acquisition, we require help from an experienced UX Designer for both our Know-it platform and website. You will be working closely with our founder and the marketing and development team. We have 5 developers and 5 marketeers, but we are missing an experienced UX Professional. This role will be key to preparing our platform for launch.

The Job

  • Participate in ideation and concept development
  • Wireframe potential solutions and create prototypes
  • Participate in relevant Design team activities eg. Morning stand-ups, Design Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Visualise ideas through wireframes and prototypes
  • Deliver business and user requirements analysis and specifications in collaboration with customers and product managers using storyboards and process flows
  • Creating and enhancing user personas, user journeys and application maps
  • Ability to work alongside a development and marketing team in an Agile Method and methodology

  • 3+ years as a UX Designer or UX Researcher
  • 5+ years in a software product development environment

The role offers a very competitive salary or day rate depending on your preference for contract or full-time employment and will depend on experience.
