About the role
We have a great opportunity for an HR MI Analyst to join our HR department until December 2020 to support with the reporting and analysis of data. This is a very hands-on role where you will be producing HR/Business management information. Using this information you will be responsible for the fast turnaround of regular and ad hoc report requests that we receive. You will be getting involved in various fast paced HR projects where you will support by being able to interpret and translate information from our wealth of workforce data.
You will understand your stakeholders, working with them closely to understand their requirements and supply them with the relevant data in an appropriately digestible format. It is important that you are able to present technical and complex information to a wide variety of audiences.
This is a day rate contractor role.
Self-starter who can work independently when it comes to data manipulation and analysis
Proven experience in, and an excellent understanding of, creation of Tables, Queries, Macros, Forms, Reports, Procedures and triggers.
Strong SQL programming skills (Oracle SQL)
Experienced in creating complex MI reports and Dashboards
A strong advanced understanding of Excel
Advanced Power Query / Power BI modelling skills, utilising the complex functions to develop, refine and maintain intricate MI dashboards & reports in Excel
Have a strong ability to interpret, analyse and present data
Self-motivated and able to prioritise workloads, whilst working to strict deadlines
HR knowledge and experience in workforce data is desirable
An excellent team player, displaying supportive and proactive behaviours
Attention to detail and strong communication and written skills are a must for the role
Must be customer focused and service-oriented
