Summary

  • Outcome-focused customer-centric Technical Project Manager with broad and deep delivery experience to drive faster delivery of customer value against our strategic Product and Customer Roadmap.
  • You will work in a dynamic environment with Technology, Customers, Partners as well as members other Callsign departments.
  • You will report to the VP of Delivery

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with global cross-functional teams (Customer Account Management, Product Management, Engineering and Support) to deliver Callsign solutions to our customers.
  • Detailed planning, monitor and control of the delivery schedule to deliver customer requirements against committed scope and timelines.
  • Remove blockers and drive prompt resolution of defects raised in pre-production environments
  • Ensuring robust processes are in place across the e2e delivery lifecycle (demand management, delivery planning, change and release management and transition to BAU support)
  • Develop, cultivate and maintain effective working relationships across internal Callsign teams.

Requirements

Required Knowledge / Experience

  • Excellent written and spoken communicator in a range of situations
  • Proven track record in successful project delivery, managing technology teams and interfacing to the business/customer – ideally in financial services or digital security
  • Substantial experience of leading delivery in Agile and DevOps development environments to build high quality, innovative applications
  • Solid knowledge across the full service management lifecycle and ITSM principles and standards.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of relevant technologies, such as cryptography, databases, web applications, network protocols and network security.
  • Familiar with industry standards such as: OpenID Connect, SAML, OAUTH
  • Understanding of how IT security products are applied in the market to address needs such as identity management, identification, authentication, digital signing of transactions, single sign-on, access control, non-repudiation, privacy and confidentiality.
