Senior Full-Stack Developer

Job code 588 - Contract 

The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will play a key role in the building of a container-based software platform servicing a multinational customer base. Liaising closely with the DevOps and Frontend Developer teams the Senior .Net Developer will have proven experience writing code suitable for an effective CI/CD environment. 

Working alongside the Enterprise Architect the Senior Developer will take the lead in shaping the technical direction, instilling best practice to the Software Development process and providing a fit-for-purpose, Microservices focused solution. 


  • You will develop and enhance a suite of components and Services in a service-oriented platform hosted on Containers for cloud and on-premises deployment to build products used across multinational locations. Technical focus includes:
  • Design and implement APIs using RESTful API 
  • Enhance our CI/CD pipeline to ensure fast, efficient deployment and maintenance.
  • Use Docker and Kubernetes, configuring and working with CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, Jenkins or similar suites
  • Test solutions before handing to QA teams, enhancing and using automated unit, integration, functional, and performance tests
  • Refactor or rework legacy software solutions to run on the new Platform
  • Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary teams on planning, designing, testing and documenting standards
  • Share design, process, and architecture learnings with other developers


  • 5 years+ experience building Microservices-focused solutions
  • Proven experience building container-based solutions 
  • Front end: Angular, React, JavaScript. HTML5, CSS3, NGRX, Nrwl NX
  • Back end: .NET Platform (C#, .NET Core), Microservices, REST APIs (open API, Swagger), MS SQL Node, Rabbit MQ, Kafka
  • Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, gRPC, VMware, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Sonarqube
  • Previous experience with micro-frontend architecture is a distinct advantage
  • Familiarity with various design patterns such as Domain Driven Design, CQRS and Event Sourcing
  • Expertise in these would be advantageous: Python, GoLang, TypeScript and ServiceMesh, Medical Devices.
  • Experience of working with Agile delivery processes 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
