This Project Manager role will provide the successful delivery of projects, both internal to the organisation and to Clients as required.The Project Manager will have an excellent knowledge of project management covering both technology and business-based projects, and will be responsible and accountable for the successful coordination and implementation of projects ensuring they are delivered within agreed timescales, to a high standard of quality, and within pre-defined cost parameters.
The Project Manager will be responsible for the co-ordination of Project Proposals in the initial engagement stage(s) of projects, and for managing these projects in line with approved & agreed control parameters.
The Project Manager will be responsible for planning projects and managing these projects in line with these plans.He/She will manage & control the various key elements of managing & delivering successful project deliveries including costs management, risk management, quality assurance, stakeholder communications, status reporting, acceptance testing and governance.This includes ensuring that Stakeholders, support areas and other interested parties are effectively engaged and that key deliverables & implementation activities are fully reviewed & signed off to proceed at relevant stages of projects.
The Project Manager will build & maintain effective working relationships within the ElectraLink business and with external parties as required, ensuring collaborative working across teams/areas.He/She will administer and organise all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.
This role will make an important contribution to the successful delivery of key strategic projects within ElectraLink, which in turn will maintain & expand the position of ElectraLink within the utilities industry.
