Due to continuous growth and importance in European markets, we have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced PPC and Paid Social specialist to join the UNIQLO team. The purpose of this role is to implement and optimise campaigns across PPC (Search, Shopping and Display) and all Paid social platforms (Facebook and Instagram). You will work alongside the Performance and Digital Marketing team to deliver exceptional channel performance against strategic business and commercial objectives across multiple European PPC and Paid Social accounts.


This role is a temporary role for until May, 2020, with the possibility for extension. The role is assumed to be part-time for at least 3 days a week depending on the workload.




  • Managing the setup of campaigns, including the creation of keyword lists, and audiences (custom and lookalike), uploading of ads, the monitoring of keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, quality score and other core metrics to ensure targets are met
  • Regular optimisation, reporting and presenting of campaign performance across paid search, social and display
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and regular A/B testing of creative formats, landing pages, ad copies and bid strategies to improve campaigns
  • Creating strong and effective ads for maximum CTR, ROAS and conversion
  • Showing initiative in identifying areas for improvement, trends and growth across the accounts
  • Providing clear reporting, and more importantly actionable insights on account performance and troubleshooting tracking and set-up issues




  • Minimum 2 years previous experience managing international accounts and an excellent understanding of PPC and Paid social management, preferably in fashion retail
  • Hands on experience in daily management and optimisation of large/complex Google Ads and Facebook business manager accounts
  • Experience managing large budgets and delivering against multiple performance KPIs and a variety of campaign objectives (conversions, lead generation, brand awareness, traffic, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Facebook Business Manager, Google ads, Google ads editor, Google Analytics features and bid management tools
  • Detailed understanding of Paid Search and Paid Social best practices, formats and latest innovations
  • Experience of data analysis and forecasting to CPA, ROAS, sales and traffic targets
