Employment Type: Contract Day Rate, Full time  


We have an exciting opportunity for an interim Change & Communications Lead based at our Digital Hub in Central London. You will be part of a high-profile team and five-year digital programme, that aims to deliver and improve our customer journey, by focusing on data driven engagement which will deliver personalised experiences for our customers. This is a pivotal role and will be responsible for building and delivering the communication plan / strategy for the programme.

What you will be doing: 


  • Working on a large Digital Programme specifically owning, building and delivering the communications plan for the programme
  • Creating and tailoring content and channels according to the audience for both of those within the programme and end users  
  • Optimising current and new channels of communication (SharePoint, Internal Comms Channels, Vlogs, Stand Ups)
  • Taking complex communication (both written and verbal and translating in simple, clear, cohesive communication that are relatable and engaging for the receiver
  • Deliver Change into the organisation through advisory and application of best practices in change management
  • Effectively identify and manage stakeholders in the interests of business change delivery as well as communicating progress on programmes / projects proactively
  • Work with the respective functions and subject matter experts to deliver the communication and change strategy in a joined-up manner with the wider business
  • Present business change and communication initiatives / plans to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively and support Project and Programme Managers, communicating progress to senior stakeholders and peers


What we are looking for: 


  • Experience of owning, building and delivering a communication strategy / plan for a Change Programme or Project
  • Experience of delivering change and communication across a large organisation  
  • Experience of change management and best practice methodologies
  • Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, communication and facilitation skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally
  • Ability to resolve conflicts positively with high resilient
  • Experience of dealing with a variety Senior Stakeholders within a complex or challenging environment
  • Previous experience working with teams that employ both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
