We are currently working on a wide variety of assignments that include some major Digital Transformation initiatives, Regulatory and Compliance Programmes and Tools adoption projects where we are providing specialist technical and business services to a client base of primarily Tier 1 Banks.

You will have the confidence and the capability to step straight into a specialist consultancy role within one of MHC's Practice areas to provide effective and efficient solutions that support our Clients' business requirements, while working constructively with senior MHC and Client managers and other staff.

MHC require a Cybersecurity Resource Transformation SME to join us and work on-site at a London based Tier 1 Bank.

Working directly with the Head of Business Transformation and the Cybersecurity COO, you will be responsible for the following:

  • Resource transformation
  • Resource administration and governance
  • Resource Budget Management

To be considered for this role, you will be a have the following:

  • Running resource transformation and moving a Cybersecurity (or similar) organisation to a new organisation design
  • Ideally experience of working with a Financial Services environment. (large and complex international Banks)
  • Will be familiar with key financial services locations and understand the lie of the land in terms of resourcing and location specific skills
  • Will of managed a financial budget related to resource transformation
  • Will have experience of interacting with dependent projects that will enable efficiencies to be made in the resourcing model (ie automation and continuous improvement)
  • Worked with a global set of demanding and competing stakeholders all vying for the best talent
  • Will of produced reports for senior ExCo level audiences including up to Group CIO and possible Group COO level
  • Will have been heavily involved in development of training plans, up-skilling plans and development of general career paths
