Business Analyst - Contract - Adobe Cloud

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst within our Commercial Marketing team based in London (Holborn).

You will pro-actively apply a comprehensive knowledge of the needs of the business to provide solutions to business problems. This position supports project initiatives including identifying and analysing preliminary business needs, benefits, time and resource estimates, defining the project scope and objectives to meet strategic organisational goals. As such this role also supports the definition of business cases and benefits tracking.

Within this role you will:

  • Establish relationships with internal stakeholders by being proactive, displaying in depth knowledge of their business processes and managing the development and implementation of business solutions.
  • Have a view across multiple projects within a family of projects or a programme in order to spot synergies and overlapping projects or requirements
  • Actively pursue issue resolution and communicate project status/issues to business stakeholders and operational management
  • Work with business to identify business and functional requirements
  • Ability to challenge assumptions where necessary
  • Analyse, document and validate existing processes and map onto To-Be process models with impact of change demonstrated
  • Lead requirements gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, group sessions, user observations and/or use other techniques to identify business need or requirement with stakeholders of all levels
  • Actively use JIRA as your primary backlog of items, creating Epics, histories, tasks and ensure all required detail is captured and logged properly
  • Work closely to the Product Owner to define scope and priorities
  • Report directly to the Programme Manager and support the benefit realisation plan
  • Understand and document current business processes and lead analysis into the definition of the future state, including both system and people change
  • Interface regularly with business unit managers to define project direction, system change priorities and business objectives
  • Provide support to the business during RFI/RFP process and vendor selection
  • Interpret and replay the requirements to all stakeholders at both a strategic and operational level

What you'll need:

  • Experience of building process Maps, Data Flows and Diagrams
  • Proficient knowledge of requirements gathering processes and proven analysis techniques

Experience on gathering requirements of one or more of the following Adobe products:

  • Adobe Experience Manager
  • Adobe Campaign
  • Adobe Audience Manager
  • Adobe Target
  • Adobe Analytics
  • Adobe Ad Cloud
  • Support the development of business use cases focusing on delivering clear and measurable financial benefits
  • Documentation of benefits and realisation throughout the project life cycle
  • Experience in managing relationships between external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver project objectives
  • Solid communication and influencing skills
  • Demonstrate stakeholder management techniques
  • Proficient analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to successfully facilitate groups of business leads and external parties - some of whom may be more senior
  • Experience of End to End support through the development and test life cycle
  • Experience working within fast paced AGILE Scrum teams within a SAFe environment
  • Track record of managing and contributing to multiple Business initiatives at the same time
  • Strong team working skills inspiring trust and acting as a catalyst for success
  • BCS Diploma in Business Analysis (desirable)
