  • You will have previously helped manage a cloud migration (AWS preferred) and have communicated effectively with key vendors to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Youll be adept at delivering complex digital projects and evolving services, breaking down barriers for your team, both planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed.
  • Defining project and client needs and feeding these into the programme/portfolio process to enable resource to be appropriately allocated. You will be core to decisions that build high performing teams, where people are excited about the work they are undertaking.
  • A technical background is desired, a high-level understanding of the SDLC or Cloud Infrastructure would be ideal and how things fit together
  • You will need to be a self-starter, comfortable working remotely and traveling to client site, with previous experience working from home being ideal Key responsibilities
  • To deliver client projects and managed the service to clients, using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently
  • You will manage a key customer to help deliver a complex AWS cloud migration, via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled digital team.
  • Work with the client to define and agree the roadmap for any given project, translating this into user stories and an agreed way of working
  • Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process prioritising the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team, acting in the interests of the client
  • Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team
  • Ensure all products are built to an appropriate level of quality for each stage of our delivery process and that delivery of managed services meet pre-agreed expectations
  • Actively participating in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice.
