Overview of role:

Interim business analyst to support a wealth management CRM project - part of a company-wide, agile digital transformation.

Key duties

  • ? Analysis and documentation of business requirements
  • ? Participation in sprint planning and story refinement with development team
  • ? Impact assessment of changes to scope/approach
  • ? Brainstorming, analysis and evaluation of potential solutions
  • ? Digitalised business process design and roll-out management
  • ? Support for Project Manager, Business Lead and embedded CRM supplier team
  • ? Collation of inputs, feedback and sign- offs from distributed stakeholder and user groups
  • ? Creation of documentation for a technical audience (e.g. field mapping, systemflows, validation rules)
  • ? Performing a limited number CRM configuration/ administrative tasks (training to be provided)

General and Technical skills

  • ? Strong business analysis experience
  • ? Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related apps, or equivalent
  • ? Strong understanding of the Wealth Management industry
  • ? Able to engage professionally and influence tactfully at all levels within the organisation
  • ? Solid analytical and problem solving skills
  • ? Positive, solution oriented outlook
  • ? Ability to work as part of a team in a multi- discipline environment and in a matrix organization
  • ? Experience with global projects
  • ? Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • ? Good attention to detail
  • ? Willingness to learn and perform simple technical tasks
