You'll analyse, document, and propose process IT solutions for large and/or complex business areas/projects, so you’ll have superb analytical skills, and really be able to look at problems logically.

You’ll also prepare documentation, which feeds into the relevant development team or supplier, and forge strong relationships with key business stakeholders in order to break down barriers to accurate and timely requirements. This means you’ll be an excellent communicator across all mediums, Collecting, understanding, challenging, and translating the business requirements for projects, and creating appropriate functional and non-functional specifications will be a huge part of your role, so you’ll be confident with strong attention to detail skills.

What do we need from you?

To make the grade, you’ll need the following expertise:

  • Business analysis experience (preferably within the Financial Services sector).
  • Demonstrable evidence of analysing and documenting complex business processes.
  • Demonstrable experience of writing requirement specifications for Information Systems.
  • End to end experience of the project lifecycle.
  • Proven experience interacting directly with end users.
  • Results orientated with good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desire to be involved in continuously improving Change Delivery governance processes.
  • Broad understanding of project management PRINCE 2 methodologies and when they are appropriate.
  • BCS Business Analysis Certification (Practitioner or higher) and more than 5 years relevant experience - desirable
  • Experience in / appreciation of an Agile/SCRUM environment - desirable
