Interim Sales and Product MI Analyst, 3 Month Contract

We have an immediate requirement for a Sales & Product MI Analyst to join Lookers on a 3 month initial contract, with possible extension and even permanent opportunities for the right candidate.

The prime focus for this role will be to assist Lookers in the analysis of Sales performance and Product MI to provide the F&I Manager with identified trends in Sales Commercial Performance; Product Commercial Performance; Product Provider Contractual Requirements; Sales regulatory & Conduct Performance and Product Regulatory & Conduct Performance

The role will involve:

  • To assist in the development of first line commercial, regulatory and conduct MI for the oversight of Sales and Products.
  • Provide adhoc operational and conduct the business guidance on Sales and Product MI requirements.
  • Work effectively at all levels across Lookers Group to provide support and assistance.
  • Provide periodic and other relevant reports/management information on delivery work.

Knowledge and Experience

  • An understanding of MI analysis.
  • A strong and demonstrated ability to provide Product and Sales MI advice.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on complex regulatory Product and Sales issues at all levels, both internally and externally.
  • Ability to work independently, but a strong team player.
  • Assertive, analytical, accurate and tenacious.
  • Display initiative in identifying and presenting solutions to support activities and plans.
  • Forward looking and focused on effective processes and increasing efficiency.
  • Practical and pro-active approach.
  • Self-motivated, and well organised.
