World Wide Technology UK is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong focus on data architecture, workflow automation, and enterprise platform design.

 

The ServiceNow Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery leads to define platform strategy, optimize workflows, and ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions.

 

This is a contract Role & Inside IR 35

 

ServiceNow Architect

 

Contract Duration: 6 months!

 

Location: United Kingdom (Remote)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide architectural leadership across ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and custom applications where applicable.
  • Drive workflow transformation initiatives using Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and orchestration capabilities.
  • Develop integration strategies between ServiceNow and external enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud platforms.
  • Ensure platform scalability, security, compliance, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct architecture reviews, solution assessments, and technical governance activities.
  • Mentor developers and technical consultants on ServiceNow development standards and best practices.
  • Support estimation, solution planning, and technical documentation activities.

 

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow workflow design, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and automation frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow data architecture, CMDB, data governance, and data modelling.
  • Experience designing enterprise integrations using REST, SOAP APIs, MID Server, and third-party integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, architecture standards, and best practices.
  • Experience working within Agile and enterprise delivery environments.
  • Ability to lead technical workshops and architecture discussions.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist and/or Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise data transformation, or workflow modernization initiatives is advantageous.

 

Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing contract.
