Role Description

This is a contract-based on-site role for a Technical Consultant, ideally located in the United Kingdom, but will consider elsewhere. In this role, the candidate will work with us to analyse technical documents, design and implement tailored solutions, and provide ongoing improvements and recommendations. Responsibilities include simplifying our API documentation, create missing documentation, workflow diagrams, guides, etc. The Technical Consultant will collaborate closely with the CEO and the development team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams
• Ability to adapt to new technologies
• Relevant experience in loyalty, rewards, or similar industries is an advantage
