Freelance Workiva Specialist – Document Configuration & Review Coordination

We are recruiting for a freelancer to join our in-house creative team to support the configuration and coordination of document reviews within Workiva, primarily focused on managing and maintaining legal policy documentation for a blue-chip client. The role involves setting up structured documents and workflows, ensuring version control, and coordinating multi-stakeholder review cycles across predominantly legal and compliance-related content.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure new documents and workflows within Workiva
• Set up and manage structured legal and policy documents
• Coordinate and manage document review cycles across multiple stakeholders
• Support stakeholders throughout the review and approval process
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of documentation
• Maintain version control and document integrity across review stages
• Collaborate closely with the in-house creative and project teams

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience working with Workiva, including configuring new documents and workflows
• Experience working with structured content such as legal policies, compliance documentation, or corporate governance materials
• Strong understanding of document review and approval processes
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desirable Skills

• Experience with Adobe InDesign
• Strong PowerPoint design skills
• Familiarity with SharePoint
• Experience working with corporate or blue-chip clients
• Experience working with legal, compliance, or governance teams
