About the Team

Join our Commercial Pricing Transformation programme as we deliver a suite of pricing development projects designed to overhaul and modernise our pricing capability. We're replatforming the Mid-Market pricing estate, bringing all pricing algorithms, models and data sources together into a single, controlled, agile environment.

This will enable us to deploy price changes faster, respond to market dynamics more effectively, and enhance the governance of pricing operations.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Earnix or Pricing Platform Developer to join us as additional contractor resource. You’ll work alongside our internal pricing team, supporting the build-out of pricing models and algorithms within the Earnix platform.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Building all pricing algorithms and models directly within Earnix
• Integrating data sources and ensuring seamless model deployment
• Enhancing and optimising pricing logic in a single, centralised platform
• Engaging in detailed vendor/platform research where needed
• Working with internal teams to embed new pricing capabilities
• Supporting daily model updates and iterative algorithm improvements
• Helping shape how pricing processes operate within a modern pricing platform

What We’re Looking For

Essential (Non-Negotiable):

• Strong Earnix development experience (must-have)
• Solid background in Commercial Lines (CL) or Personal Lines (PL) pricing
• Deep understanding of building and deploying pricing algorithms in a platform environment
• Ability to work at pace in a transformation setting
• Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously

Nice to Have:

• Experience working within mid-market pricing environments
• Familiarity with pricing replatforming initiatives
