Delivery Management

Technical oversight, stakeholder coordination, quality control and managing a geographically dispersed team made up of numerous technical and process specialists.

Own e2e delivery of the stream (scope, plan, milestones, dependencies, RAID)

Maintain clear backlog aligned to programme priorities

Drive & report on predictable weekly progress, remove blockers

Ensure artefacts are documented and Production-ready

Governance & Standards adherence

Ensure all work aligns to CMDB governance, IRE rules, CSDM and data standards.

Cross-Stream Collaboration

Proactively manage dependencies across streams (Govern, Ingest, Data Quality, Service Mapping, process efficiency)

Raise risks early & escalate as required

Prog-level reviews

Stakeholder Engagement & Mgmt

Work closely with technical sme's, service owners, ITSM process owners/leads & platform teams

Provide clear weekly status reports

Ensure adoption and operational handover is embedded
