SharePoint Administrator at ACAS, Remote/London, 3 Months, £Contract Rate (Outside IR35)

As a SharePoint Administrator, your main responsibilities will be:

• Establish ownership across all sites (named owner + business purpose + review date)
• Provide best practices for SharePoint environment
• Provide a report that identifies non-compliance to best practice with recommendations for remediation, especially "legacy/standalone " sites.
• Migrating where appropriate to Microsoft 365 group-connected structures and standard provisioning
• Address inactive sites via archive/retire process (reduce stale permissions and unknown exposure)
• Implement standard site provisioning with mandatory fields (owner, purpose, sensitivity, retention category) to prevent future sprawl

Essential:

• SharePoint labelling experience.
• MS Purview experience.
• Power Automate experience.
