Job Summary:

We’re on the lookout for a driven and customer-focused Product Owner (or Product Manager) to help shape and enhance digital experiences in a fast-paced, agile environment. If you're passionate about transforming user insights into compelling product strategies, we’d love to meet you.

Experience

- Proven success in a Product Owner or Product Manager role, ideally within a digital and customer-centric domain

- Hands-on experience working with Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban)

- Familiarity with eCommerce, digital sales, or subscription-based models is a strong advantage

Skills & Expertise

- Deep understanding of digital customer journeys and the web technologies that support them

- Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting user data and feedback to drive product decisions

- Skilled at translating complex features into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria

- Strong communication skills—able to engage and influence across technical and non-technical audiences

- Awareness of commercial performance metrics and the strategic impact product can have

- Basic grasp of technical elements such as APIs, CMS platforms, tagging, and system integration points

- Curious, proactive, and relentlessly focused on customer experience

- Collaborative by nature, thrives on teamwork and adaptability

- Comfortable with ambiguity and confident navigating the unknown to find solutions

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Business, Digital, Technology, or a related field

- Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner – CSPO) are a plus, but not a requirement
