We're seeking a Programme manager in to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact for our beverages retail client.

  • please note, this is an initial 3-6 month Inside IR35 PAYE Umbrella contract that will require onsite working in London 2 days per week

Summary

As a Programme Manager, you will lead the technical delivery of several projects covering the rollout, iteration, and maintenance of the Digital Solutions tech stack across various markets and organizations. You will drive the successful implementation of POS upgrades, tech integrations, and mobile order and pay functionalities, ensuring seamless adoption across the EMEA region.

You Will

  • Plan, execute, and close projects using various methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid
  • Lead cross-functional teams, motivating team members to achieve project goals
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
  • Proactively manage risks and resolve issues in a timely manner, maintaining comprehensive logs
  • Manage external vendors and contractors, ensuring successful project delivery
  • Provide detailed reports on progress, highlighting challenges and solutions implemented
  • Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to take on activities outside your job description to ensure project success

Ideally, We'd Like

  • Strong project management experience, with the ability to lead technical delivery
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in risk and issue management, with a proactive approach
  • Experience in vendor management and working with external partners
  • Expertise in project reporting and status updates
  • Flexibility and adaptability to support cross-functional teams
  • Relevant technical background or understanding of digital solutions and integration
  • Ability to provide thought leadership and share best practices
