Project Manager E-commerce at LFD, Remote, £Contract Rate

About us : Online Jewellery brand based in London. Established customer base that has been diligently established for the past 10 years looking for an experience team manager on a remote capacity who can manage the current workload and help take the brand to the next level of growth.

Duties & responsibilities:

- Remote team management.

- training, quality control & evaluation of team members.

- Measuring and making sure KPIs are met

- Recruiting new team members.

- Publishing listings on the website, marketplaces and platforms.

- UX management of our site and platforms. Making sure everything is published and presented in a high level including graphics and content as well as the underlined message across all platforms in a coherent way.

- Competitor research and quick implementation of changes needed through our platform to stay on top of the competition.

- Closely working with programmers to implement changes and improvements in the most efficient way.

- Learning from programers how to make simple changes ourselves and training the rest of the team.

- Working and enhancing internal systems, like digital inventory, crm, customer support to be running more quickly and efficiently.

- * This role requires good technical skills and speedy implementation.

- Learning the use of new softwares of systems to implement within our team. Recording training, videos and instructions for the rest of the team. Supporting the them and quality assurance of those processes and the team members.

- Customer support & customer relationship management to solve issues encourage cross sales and upsells in a high level.

- High level of Experience with the following systems will have a significant advantage (meta ads, google ads, google analytics, shopify, etsy, amazon, crm, digital inventory, klaviyo, mailchimp, canva (high level editing abilities) instagram, pinterest, excel, comfortable and fast paced on excel.

- Being able to drive results & learn new things in uncertain environments and new softwares.

- High level english

- Liaising with digital agencies & managing target KPIs with them & managing the target KPIS.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: £13,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
