Business Analyst

Location: Cannon Street, London

Contract: 6 Months

Hours: Full Time

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join Fidelity International’s Change Delivery team in London. You’ll play a key role in supporting strategic projects helping bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.

This not a technical BA role and it focused on change delivery

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment at the heart of a global financial services organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Partner with developers, architects, and engineers to design and deliver scalable, effective technology solutions.
• Collaborate with global teams and operational stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Support operating model changes and process improvements within ETS.
• Stay current on regulatory developments, industry trends, and data management best practices.

About You

• Experienced Business Analyst with a background in Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience influencing senior decision-makers.
• Comfortable working in Agile environments and collaborating with globally distributed teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience using JIRA essential.
• Understanding of Data Management principles and business process design.

Desirable Skills

• Familiarity with CFO and CPO business areas.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with Confluence tooling.
