The Role

You’ll be the driving force behind Findabis’ visual identity — crafting beautiful, intelligent, and emotionally resonant designs across web and mobile platforms. Working closely with our founder and development team, you’ll help bring our vision to life through pixel-perfect layouts, elegant interfaces, and thoughtful user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead UI/UX design for web and mobile (Next.js + React Native interfaces).
• Work directly in Figma — creating high-fidelity prototypes, design systems, and component libraries.
• Translate ideas, sketches, and moodboards into beautiful, functional user journeys.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design precision and consistency.
• Bring innovation to every project — from micro-interactions to storytelling through motion, type, and composition.
• Continuously refine our visual language, ensuring Findabis stands apart from the “typical tech look.”

What We’re Looking For

• Deep expertise in Figma — you know Auto Layout, components, prototyping, and variants inside-out.
• A creative artist at heart — someone who experiments with texture, form, and typography, not just grids.
• Experience designing for SaaS or marketplace platforms is a plus.
• Ability to create responsive, system-based design frameworks that scale beautifully.
• An understanding of modern product design principles — simplicity, clarity, and emotional impact.
• A strong portfolio showcasing original work, not just templates or clones.
• Confidence, curiosity, and passion for building something unique in an emerging industry.
