Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Marketing Automation Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building, integrating, and managing intelligent marketing automation systems that enhance digital marketing efficiency and personalization. This role requires strong technical expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of marketing workflows. You will work closely with our marketing team to design, develop, and optimize automation tools that drive engagement, streamline operations, and improve ROI.
Duties
Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven marketing automation systems to support both B2B and B2C campaigns.
Integrate APIs for platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Implement and manage data pipelines that collect, clean, and process marketing performance data.
Build dashboards and analytics tools using Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms to visualize campaign metrics.
Automate workflows for lead scoring, customer segmentation, and personalized marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align automation strategies with overall business goals.
Develop and optimize SEO and content automation scripts to improve website performance.
Ensure smooth operation and updates of the company’s WordPress website and integrated marketing tools.

Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation for system performance, campaign data, and automation outcomes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in software development, preferably focused on marketing automation or AI-driven systems.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, JavaScript, or Node.js preferred).
Experience with marketing APIs, automation tools, and CRM platforms (HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce).
Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and analytics frameworks.
Knowledge of machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, scikit-learn, OpenAI API) is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data visualization tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to translate marketing needs into technical solutions.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple development projects simultaneously.
A degree in Computer Science, Marketing Technology, or a related field is preferred but not required.
