Data Analysis
Work closely with the data team ensuring availability and integrity of high-quality data to drive performance reporting and strategic insight. Working closely with the data team, you help provide and shape the data for the metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and reporting needs.
• Ensure data is accurately structured and formatted for performance dashboards and reporting tools.
• Analyse complex data sets to uncover insights and support decision-making.
• Support both quantitative and qualitative reporting, ensuring a balanced view of performance.
• Monitor data quality and consistency across reporting outputs.
• Translate data into clear narratives that inform strategy and highlight areas for improvement.

Essential Criteria

• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets.
• Understanding of data structures and formats suitable for reporting and visualisation.

· Knowledge of Power BI to support with presenting the data effectively.

· Experience in both quantitative and qualitative data analysis methods.

· Ability to align data insights with strategic goals and communicate findings clearly.
