Job Title: Lead Quality Engineer
Location: London/Hybrid (On-site 2 days per week)

Role:
Accountable for delivery of Quality Engineering across the digital function, managing quality assurance and engineering across multiple feature teams, collaborating to ensure quality & customer requirements are met when developing products. Fosters a high performing, learning centric team and ensuring the products developed meet the quality standards & acceptance criteria in line with AND's; Group Test Strategy, Engineering Standards & Guardrails & Tech Strategy.

• Mentoring and coaching QEs & other colleagues e.g. engineers, in all aspects of Quality Engineering to ensure quality is a priority throughout the SDLC, including;
• Automation tools/ frameworks
• Software development
• Exploratory testing
• NFT tools & practice
• Environment provisioning
• Test Data creation/usage & governance
• Software testing best practice
• Test Management Tooling & Practice
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to resolve complex technical issues and bugs
• Drives process improvement in all aspects of Quality Engineering
• Creates Automated testing strategy for the lab/platform
• Extensive knowledge of QE practices and monitoring of industry insight
• Accountable for QE governance throughout the Lab/Platform
• Participate in Technical Communities to advance shared capabilities
