📍 Role Overview: Integration / IMO Director

We seek experienced independent consultants to join our Associate Community to support the delivery of complex integration programmes for our Clients.

 

Key Role Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Integration Team, reporting to SteerCo
  • Manage overall scope, baseline, plan, milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation, issue resolution
  • Ensure effective decision-making at all levels / forums
  • Manage the standards and quality of integration deliverables e.g. charters, plans, reporting documents
  • Support / coach Integration Team at all levels
  • Contribute to programme governance, assurance reviews, and risk management
  • Utilise Namaste Management’s methodologies and toolsets to ensure timely, cost-effective execution, whilst allowing upskilling of client teams
  • Prepare client deliverables - presentations, reports, dashboards, etc.

 

IMO Responsibilities include:

  • Define integration success criteria
  • Maintain integration methodology, tools, and playbooks
  • Coordinate weekly status reporting and monthly integration reporting (progress, costs & synergies)
  • Develop programme workplan, milestones, deliverables; Integration action planning and execution
  • Guide workstreams through integration readiness requirements
  • Manage synergy quantification, workstream assignment validation and tracking
  • Facilitate integration related decision-making, issue resolution and inter-dependency management
  • Co-ordinate project communication with all stakeholders
  • Monitor and ensure overall project compliance and risk management
  • Provide programme leadership and workstream project management support as needed

 

🎯 What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years of M&A Integration Project Leadership
  • 10+ years of consulting experience
  • Plus 5+ years of industry experience ideally in MedTech and wider Healthcare Industry
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with excellent MS Office Application proficiency, such as Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative mindset and comfort working in high-performing teams
  • Keen interest in structured change, M&A, strategy execution, and governance
  • Bachelor or masters degree in business, engineering, economics, finance, or industry sector-related
