About the role:
 

We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Oracle Financial Lead who can work with Public Sector/Government clients. The role requires strong understanding of financial consolidation principles, proficiency in FCCS functionalities and experience with Oracle Cloud EPM.
 

Essential Skills:
  • Eligible and willing to obtain UK Government Security Clearance (i.e. must have lived in the UK for the last 5 years).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with finance teams, stakeholders, and other project team members
  • Familiarity with Smart View for ad-hoc analysis, reporting, and data manipulation
  • Understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and their integration with EPM
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary for troubleshooting issues and optimizing system performance.
  • Comfortable with Oracle Cloud update cycles and the impact of patches
  • Oracle Cloud certification in FCCS is often a plus
 

Required Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with Smart View, Data Management, and EPM Automate..
  • Deep understanding of consolidation principles (month end, eliminations) involving multiple organisations is crucial.
  • Hands-on experience in designing and implementing consolidation logic, workflows, and rules within FCCS
  • Strong experience with end-to-end business processes across Fusion Finance especially R2R, and FCCS.
  • Proficiency in data integration, transformation, and automation using tools like Data Management (FDMEE), EPM Automate, and potentially REST APIs.
  • Experience in system administration, configuration, and troubleshooting of Oracle EPM - FCCS.
