The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Paid Ads Specialist to join our team on a day-rate basis. You’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimising high-performing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, helping our clients grow in a measurable and meaningful way.

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Optimise campaigns for ROI, ROAS, and other KPIs.
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with our content, design, and email teams to ensure integrated campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with platform updates, trends, and best practices.
  • Provide weekly account reports for our team and clients.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience running high-performing campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok.
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data to make strategic decisions.
  • Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimisation.
  • Ability to manage 2-4 campaigns and clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
