Role Description

This is a contract role for an End User Computing Engineer and Support Consultant. The role involves providing technical and customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and offering technical services. The End User Computing Engineer and Support Consultant will be responsible for analyzing issues, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems. This is a hybrid role, meaning it is located in the London Area, United Kingdom, but some work from home is acceptable.


Key Skills


  • Manage Config Manager and Intune
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot standard applications (MS Office, Adobe, etc.)
  • Basic troubleshooting of Conference devices incl. Poly MTR devices
  • Document all support activity within the IT Incident and Change Management tracking tool.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures and known error logs are kept up to date.
  • Support and monitoring of critical systems and services.
  • Traditional 2nd /3rd line break/fix incident management
  • Completing ad-hoc tasks set by the EUC Team Lead/ Head of Infrastructure & EUC
  • Attend the London Office at least twice per week
  • Supporting the remediation of missing patches and vulnerabilities from laptops
  • Support M365 services
  • Admin support of Microsoft Teams
  • Exchange Online Management
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment
