Job Summary:
As our UI/UX Designer, you'll be the primary owner of the end-to-end design process, specializing in Figma to conceptualize, design, and deliver exceptional user experiences for our digital products. This role requires an expert balance of user research, information architecture (UX), and high-fidelity visual design (UI), leveraging Figma's advanced features to ensure design consistency, scalability, and seamless developer handoff. You'll translate complex business and user needs into intuitive, engaging, and visually polished interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Figma Workflow Mastery: Own the design process entirely within Figma, creating high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and final assets for web and mobile applications.
- Design System Governance: Lead the development, maintenance, and governance of our scalable Figma Design System, component libraries, and style guides (utilizing Auto Layout, Variants, and component properties).
- UX Research & Testing: Conduct and apply user research (interviews, usability testing) to gather insights, create user flows, information architecture (IA), and iterative design solutions.
- Design Collaboration: Collaborate directly with Product Managers to define requirements and feature scope, and work with Engineering teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented with pixel-perfect accuracy.
- Optimization: Continuously evaluate product usage data, user feedback, and A/B testing results to identify and execute design improvements that enhance usability and conversion.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical design experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or Product Designer.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma is mandatory, including demonstrated experience with advanced features for building and maintaining enterprise-level Design Systems.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of professional projects that demonstrate proficiency in both research-driven UX and high-fidelity UI design.
- Proven understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and platform-specific guidelines (iOS/Android).
Certifications (Preferred):
- Design Thinking or Agile/Scrum Certification
- Professional certification related to visual design or branding (e.g., Adobe Certified Professional)
