As a Senior Procurement Analyst your main responsibilities will be:

 

  • Facilitate workshops and engage with stakeholders across operations, corporate services (Fusion, Oracle), and IT procuremen (Networks) to gather and clarify business requirements.
  • Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and technical requirements using a variety of techniques, ensuring traceability and alignment with business goals.
  • Analyse Complex Information and present findings clearly to stakeholders, supporting informed decision making.
  • Monitor and manage changes to requirements post-review, assessing impacts and providing actionable recommendations.
  • Apply strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills to support project delivery and business improvements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, leveraging excellent interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships.

 

Essential:

 

  • Good solid procurement. 
  • Government procurement experience CCS frameworks. 5-10 large procurement coming up in the next 6 months. 
  • Corporate space experience - fusion, oracle, telephony experience  
  • Requirement management - traceability etc
