Are you an experienced coder, computer science graduate or working professional ready to inspire young minds? ISSFT are looking for a passionate Coding Tutor to join our 2025 summer programme!

Help our students discover the thrill of coding while fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and deliver engaging coding lessons that will spark intrigue and creativity.
• Guide students in exciting solo/group projects in areas such as game design and web development.
• Foster creativity, problem-solving and teamwork amongst students.

Who you are:

• Skilled in programming languages such as Python, Java and CSS.
• Knowledgeable about computer ethics, robotics and AI.
• Experience working with young people is advantageous but not essential.

Key Details:

• Commitment: Must be available for all teaching days and attend the mandatory pre-summer training session.
• Child Safeguarding: A Child Safeguarding Certificate (PVG) is required for all successful candidates.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 weeks

Pay: £30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
