Contract Description

Keystream is seeking a Senior Service Desk Analyst to support its Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrade programme. This role is ideal for a technically confident and service-oriented individual with NHS experience who can assist end users through the transition and provide 2nd line-level support during deployment.
This is a 5-month contract, paid at £190 per day, outside IR35.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical support related to the Windows 11 upgrade.
  • Log, manage, and resolve tickets relating to the migration and post-upgrade issues.
  • Provide remote and deskside support to NHS users, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering teams as required.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and update support knowledge base.
  • Work collaboratively with the upgrade project team to support rollout schedules and user communications.

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in a senior NHS service desk or support analyst role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting Windows 10 environments, with involvement in Windows 11 upgrade projects.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and user support skills, particularly within clinical or healthcare settings.
  • Familiarity with NHS IT systems, environments, and support protocols.
