Business Analyst (Contract Inside IR35)

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to support our team on a short-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to key initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Translate business needs into actionable insights using data analysis tools.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and business performance.
• Collaborate across cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies.

What you will bring:

• Proficiency in productivity and collaboration tools such as MS Office Suite, Lucid, Visio, Mural.
• Data analysis expertise: SQL, Advanced Excel (with VBA), Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Agile tools experience: ADO (Azure DevOps), JIRA.
• Understanding of database management and data warehousing is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning is desirable.
• Experience with cloud technologies, especially Microsoft Azure and Databricks.
• Strong domain knowledge of business operations, trends, and KPIs
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight deadlines.
