Front End Developer at Boxes Ltd, Plymouth, £Hourly Rate

We’re looking for a work from home highly reliable and detail-focused front-end web developer to help complete and polish our website. The current version is partially built but falls short in key areas of responsiveness, accessibility, and usability. You’ll be stepping in to fix these issues, implement final adjustments, and ensure the site works seamlessly across all devices and screen sizes before it goes live.

Upon proven success, this role will lead to further work refining our customer-facing admin area.

What’s Needed:

• Fix layout and responsiveness issues across mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Correct text sizing inconsistencies and spacing alignment problems
• Ensure all code is fully tested and functional before publishing live
• Provide clear communication, regular updates, and quick turnaround on feedback
• Be proactive with suggestions for design and functionality improvements
• Work collaboratively with our internal team to ensure a smooth handover

You Should Have:

• Proven experience developing responsive Angular websites with clean, maintainable code
• A strong eye for design consistency and user experience
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of the final stretch

Bonus If You:

• Have experience with Webflow or CMS-driven platforms (depending on the stack)
• Can offer minor UX/UI polish suggestions without being asked
• Are available to start immediately.
