Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Operational Readiness Consultant to support and lead business-focused implementation and readiness activities for a ServiceNow GRC rollout. The ideal candidate will be a functional or techno-functional consultant with strong experience in business process readiness, stakeholder alignment, and change management for ServiceNow GRC modules such as Policy & Compliance, Risk Management, and Audit.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical ServiceNow implementation teams.
Drive operational readiness for GRC rollout, ensuring business units are prepared for adoption and usage.
Gather and analyze business requirements, map them to ServiceNow GRC capabilities, and provide functional guidance.
Conduct workshops, process walkthroughs, and gap analysis with business stakeholders.
Lead UAT planning, coordination, and execution, ensuring business scenarios are accurately tested.
Coordinate training, documentation, and support plans for end-users across business teams.
Ensure change management practices are embedded in the rollout to drive adoption.
Support post-go-live stabilization and hypercare from a business readiness perspective.
Identify and escalate operational risks or process misalignments early in the project lifecycle.
Must-Have Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with GRC tools, including 3+ years in ServiceNow GRC (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk).
Proven experience delivering ServiceNow GRC solutions to business teams, including functional rollout and operational enablement.
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, SOX, NIST, GDPR).
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, particularly with non-technical business users.
Hands-on involvement in GRC process design, UAT coordination, training, and documentation.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical configurations to business outcomes.

Pay: £300.00-£350.00 per day
