Job Title: Visioplus CMS / FAS / TRANS Specialist

Contract Type: 250 Inside IR35

Location: Basildon (3 Day in office/Week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional with hands-on experience in Visioplus CMS, FAS (Front Office Application Suite), and TRANS (Transaction Management System) to join our team in Basildon. The ideal candidate should have strong domain knowledge in Financial Services, Cards & Payments, and Transaction Processing, and should be comfortable working in a hybrid model with at least 3 days a week in office.

Key Responsibilities:

Configure, maintain, and enhance the Visioplus CMS platform to support business requirements.

Work extensively on FAS modules related to card issuance, lifecycle management, and customer onboarding.

Support TRANS operations for transaction processing and reconciliation.

Troubleshoot application and data issues across CMS/FAS/TRANS platforms.

Participate in requirement gathering, impact analysis, and implementation planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Developers, and Testers.

Ensure compliance with company and regulatory security standards in data handling.

Provide production support and handle incident management when needed.

Document workflows, configuration changes, and operational procedures.

Required Skills and Experience:

4 to 9 years of hands-on experience in Visioplus CMS, FAS, and TRANS.

Strong understanding of card management systems, transaction life cycle, and financial messaging formats (e.g., ISO 8583).

Experience working with SQL, batch processing, and reconciliation tools.

Familiarity with EMV, magstripe, and contactless card issuance processes.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Prior experience working with banks or payment service providers is an advantage.

Nice to Have:

Exposure to mainframe systems, COBOL, or JCL related to legacy CMS environments.

Experience in supporting PCI DSS and GDPR compliant applications.

ITIL certification or experience in working in ITIL-aligned environments.
