Data Migration Analyst (Oracle HR) at Whitebridge Group, Reading or Havant - Hybrid, 3 Months, to £650 (Umbrella rate)

Whitebridge is looking for an experienced HR/Payroll Data Migration Analyst to join a long term programme for one of our large enterprise clients.

Key experience required:

• Demonstrable, recent experience in Oracle Cloud HCM projects as a data migration analyst
• Demonstrable, recent experience working with various data sources and technologies to achieve migration objectives
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS HR and Payroll data life cycles so as to understand a data sets' state and relay to the business the actions required to completely cleanse a record.
• Strong understanding of data migration best practices and methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

The successful applicant should be able to commit to starting ASAP. The role will hybrid, between home and Reading, Thatcham or Havant. The role will be umbrella based working. Direct applicants only please.
