Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Artificial Intelligence (AI) Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction in their subject area, fostering a positive learning environment, and engaging students aged 11-16 in meaningful ways. The instructor will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experience and ensuring that students achieve their learning objectives.

Duties

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.
• Deliver instruction in a clear and effective manner, adapting teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Assess student performance through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress and any concerns.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance instructional skills and stay current with educational best practices.
• Collaborate with other educators to develop interdisciplinary projects and initiatives that enrich the curriculum.

Experience

• A degree or equivalent qualification in AI/Data Science is mandatory.
• Previous teaching or instructional experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
• Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes, including virtual learning platforms.
• A commitment to fostering an inclusive classroom environment that respects diversity and promotes equality.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also demonstrating initiative and independence when required.
