Are you passionate about crafting immersive gameplay experiences? Do you have expertise in Unreal Engine 5 and a drive to bring ambitious game concepts to life? Join the team behind Pangea: Dawn, an action RPG where prehistoric creatures and human civilizations collide in a visually stunning, dynamic world.

We’re a dedicated, creative team working towards releasing level 1 of this game before approaching publishers to help us deliver more. With mechanics and much of the art in place, we’re looking for a skilled Unreal Engine 5 programmer to help us deliver an unforgettable experience.

• Collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to implement and optimize gameplay mechanics, features, and systems.
• Develop and maintain efficient, scalable, and reusable code in Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints and C++).
• Work on dynamic AI behavior for prehistoric creatures and NPCs.
• Optimize game performance for PC platforms.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues during development.
• Contribute to creating visually stunning, player-driven worlds with interactive elements.

• Strong proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints and C++).
• Experience with gameplay systems, AI, and physics programming.
• Knowledge of optimization techniques for performance improvements in UE5.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, milestone-driven environment.
• Passion for action RPGs, prehistoric themes, and delivering high-quality experiences.

• Experience with multiplayer game mechanics and networking.
• Familiarity with procedural generation or dynamic environments.
