Azure Platform Architect (Advisory) at WeShape, Surrey, 15 Days, £Contract Rate (Outside IR35)

We require a Platform Architect to act as a strategic advisor on an Azure transformation project. The role will require you to have technical expertise and good communication. The project will initially be a 15-day engagement with a potential implementation stage to follow.

The Project

• Conduct a thorough assessment of the end customer's platform architecture and engineering practices
• Identify any issues that could affect the transformation
• Design a new, flexible platform architecture
• Suggest strategies for implementing CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices and microservices designs.

Essential Skills

• Azure cloud architecture, experience with cloud-native deployments is crucial.
• CI/CD pipelines

• SaaS platform experience
• Cybersecurity practices
• Observability - experience of how to create standardised monitoring approaches that fit the flexible architecture
• Able to communicate effectively with globally distributed teams
