Commission-Only Self-Employed Contractor – AI Chatbot Sales (Remote, UK-Based)

Finest AI, a cutting-edge AI automation agency, is seeking an independent self-employed sales contractor to sell our AI-powered chatbot solution to companies that handle high volumes of customer inquiries — including recruitment agencies, service providers, and fast-scaling SMEs.

Your Role Will Involve:

• Sourcing your own leads and prospecting UK-based companies that receive a high volume of customer, candidate, or client inquiries (e.g. recruitment agencies, property firms, e-commerce brands, support-heavy service providers)
• Cold calling, emailing, and engaging with decision-makers
• Demonstrating product value, managing objections, and closing deals
• Negotiating pricing (within provided guidance) and finalising contracts
• Earning commission-only (based on a percentage of the net profit once the client has paid in full – within 30 days)

Ideal Candidate:

Based in the UK with the right to work as a self-employed individual
Proven B2B sales or lead generation experience (recruitment, SaaS, tech, or service industries preferred)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident with cold outreach
Entrepreneurial mindset – you’ll be managing your own pipeline and workload

Please Note:

• This is a self-employed contractor role – not an employed position
• You are responsible for your own taxes, National Insurance contributions, and any insurance you choose to carry
• We do not provide sick pay, holiday pay, or other employee benefits
• You will need to be GDPR-aware when handling client data and prospecting
