  • Demonstrated ability to design and advocate for forward-thinking technical strategies while considering the interplay between people, process, and technology.

  • Strong ability to view the organisation holistically, identifying cross-functional impacts and aligning architecture accordingly.

  • Experience analysing complex business challenges and shaping practical and innovative solutions with clear technical implications.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including the ability to influence and negotiate at all organisational levels, from technical teams to senior leadership.

  • In-depth understanding of modern technology trends and broad technical expertise.

  • Familiarity with architectural frameworks like TOGAF or Zachman.

  • Experience evaluating and working with multiple service and technology providers, with the ability to recommend effective sourcing strategies.

  • Hands-on experience with modern integration patterns, including APIs, containers, and microservices.

  • Strong working knowledge of public and hybrid cloud platforms, including AWS, Microsoft 365, and Google Cloud Platform.
