Transformation Programme Director (Day Contract Rate)

With excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and can effectively work across cross-functional teams to drive success. Additionally, your consulting experience in sales and marketing transformation gives you a solid foundation to navigate complex business challenges and deliver transformative solutions.

The Role:

As our Interim Transformation Programme Director (Commercial), you will be at the helm of pioneering projects that define the future of our sales and marketing strategies. You will take ownership of projects, aligning innovative deliverables with our broader corporate goals while driving digital transformation, process optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration. Your expertise will ensure we not only adapt to the fast-evolving market but stay ahead of it.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer the role is based at our Head Office in Bournemouth. We have adopted a hybrid way of working which typically requires 2 or 3 days a week in the office, with the remainder working from home.

Your Impact:

  • Lead the strategic execution of our sales and marketing transformation roadmap, collaborating with key leadership teams to align objectives and achieve transformative results.
  • Identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities, implementing cutting-edge solutions that maximise operational effectiveness.
  • Champion the adoption of new tools and methodologies, empowering teams through successful change management initiatives.
  • Drive performance improvement across sales workflows, enhancing lead generation, conversion, and forecasting with data-driven insights.
  • Oversee the optimisation and adoption of technology and digital tools that elevate our marketing and sales capabilities.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration across teams, ensuring seamless alignment and communication throughout the transformation journey.
