We are seeking skilled and reliable Break-Fix Engineers for upcoming ad-hoc work supporting Cisco hardware across the UK. This is not a full-time or permanent role – work will be offered on an as-and-when-required basis, aligned with service requests that arise in your local region.

About the Role:

• This is an on-call position, ideal for engineers already working freelance or with flexible availability.
• You will respond to Break-Fix service requests for Cisco devices.
• SLA commitments: 2-hour and 4-hour response times to be onsite, depending on the severity.
• Average job duration: Up to 4 hours (may vary based on incident).
• Call-outs may occur during or outside standard working hours.
• Travel may be required within your surrounding area.
