Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated computer Instructor to join our team and work after school club at primary school and summer camp. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and empowering students to achieve their goals. This role requires , creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to engage students effectively. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and supporting students in their educational journey.
Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Deliver instruction in a clear and effective manner, facilitating discussions and encouraging student participation.
- Assess student progress through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Create a supportive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and a love for learning.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the educational programme.
- Stay updated with educational trends and methodologies to continuously enhance teaching effectiveness.

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Creativity in lesson planning and problem-solving, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs.

- Previous is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
