Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated computer Instructor to join our team and work after school club at primary school and summer camp. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and empowering students to achieve their goals. This role requires , creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to engage students effectively. The Instructor will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and supporting students in their educational journey.

Duties

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Deliver instruction in a clear and effective manner, facilitating discussions and encouraging student participation.
  • Assess student progress through various evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Create a supportive classroom environment that promotes respect, collaboration, and a love for learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and progress.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall improvement of the educational programme.
  • Stay updated with educational trends and methodologies to continuously enhance teaching effectiveness.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage students effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Creativity in lesson planning and problem-solving, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs.
  • Proficiency in using technology for educational purposes, including digital resources and tools for remote learning if necessary.
  • Patience and empathy towards students, fostering an inclusive atmosphere where all learners feel valued.
  • Previous is advantageous but not mandatory; a willingness to learn is essential.
