Job Summary
We are looking for Sales IT Coaches to join our platform and help guide the next generation of tech sales professionals to success. As a coach, you will play a pivotal role in shaping careers, imparting knowledge, and providing expert advice to individuals looking to thrive in the world of tech sales.

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one coaching and mentoring to tech sales professionals, ranging from beginners to experienced individuals looking to elevate their careers.
• Teach sales strategies, product knowledge, and industry insights for various IT sectors, including software, hardware, and SaaS.
• Help clients develop the skills necessary to succeed in tech sales, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.
• Share best practices, sales tools, and resources to ensure clients’ success in landing jobs or accelerating their careers in tech sales.
• Offer tailored feedback, support, and guidance through structured coaching sessions to meet individual learning goals.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in Tech Sales, with a strong understanding of the IT industry and its products.
• A passion for teaching and coaching, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and sales strategies.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies (e.g., SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, Solution Selling).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
• Experience working with individuals or groups at various stages in their sales careers, from beginners to experienced professionals.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and motivate clients to reach their career goals.
• Flexibility to work remotely and manage your schedule.
