We’re looking for a Shopify Developer to support our ecommerce builds across both new product launches and growth clients.

You'll collaborate with our creative, strategy, and marketing teams to build conversion-focused Shopify stores and execute on high-impact development work with precision and speed.

This is not a maintenance role — it's for someone who understands launch cycles, consumer psychology, and the power of beautiful but fast and functional ecommerce experiences.

• Build and customise high-conversion Shopify stores from scratch
• Optimise for speed, UX, and performance
• Collaborate with designers, brand strategists and marketers on rapid MVPs
• Implement custom code (Liquid, JavaScript, HTML/CSS) to bring designs to life
• Integrate third-party Shopify apps and tools
• Work with cross-functional teams to test, iterate and refine
• Advise on best practices and potential dev solutions for new projects
• Maintain clean, organised, and well-documented code
• Participate in QA and pre-launch debugging cycles
• Occasionally support Shopify Plus builds or migrations

• 3+ years of Shopify experience, ideally in an agency or startup environment
• Strong Liquid and front-end dev skills (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Deep understanding of Shopify theme architecture and app ecosystem
• Experience building custom themes and sections (from scratch, not just templates)
• Familiarity with analytics tools, A/B testing, and CRO tactics
• Proactive communicator with excellent attention to detail
• Able to take full ownership of dev projects from brief to deployment
• Understands ecommerce strategy and buyer journey logic

• Experience with Shopify Plus
• Experience with headless Shopify setups
• Familiarity with tools like Figma, Asana, Klaviyo, GA4
• Understanding of crowdfunding or DTC product launches
• Prior work on performance optimisation for mobile-first UX
